About the only thing it would need is a new battery pack as the old one drains in under an hour. It runs well (once I got it fully updated and installed Norton). While the laptop is a dinosaur by today's standards, it appears to be in fine shape. I checked Dell's support forum and the answer appears to be "yes", but, it seems like people ran into various issues.
